The Five Laws of Marrying to a Rarely-Known Muslim

As-Shaykh Al-'Allaamah Al-Judaari explains the law of marriage with some verses of poetry contained in the Book of the Qur'an 'Uyuun following:

وواجب علي الذي يخشي الزنا • تزوج بكل حال امكنا
وزيد في النساء فقد المال • وليس منفق سوي الرجال
وفي ضياع واجب والنفقة • من الخبيث حرمة متفقة
لراغب اوراجي نليندب • وان به يضيع مالا يجب
ويكره ان به يضيع النفل • وليس فيه رغبة اونسل
وان انتفي ما يقتضي حكما مضي • جاز النكاح بالسوي المرتضي
Meaning:
The law of marriage depends on the circumstances of the person who wants to do it, the law can be classified as follows:
1.WAJIB: For people who have been able to be and if he does not get married very in fear will commit adultery
2.SUNNAH: For people who really want to have children, but he is still able to control himself from adultery, whether he was interested to marry or not yet if married later worship sunnah which he used to do would be a little derelict.
3.MAKRUH: For people who have not been interested in having children, also have never been married while he was able to refrain from committing adultery but when he married the practice of worship will be neglected sunnahnya.
4. CHANGE: For a person who is able to withstand his passions from committing adultery, while he has not been interested in having children and if he marries his sunnah worship does not get displaced.
5.HARAM: For a person who if he married it would be detrimental to his wife because he is unable to give a living and inner or married or if he is married he will search for livelihood that is forbidden by Allah SWT even though the person is interested in marrying and able to withstand the lust of his desires from various adultery . The marriage law also applies to women. Ibn Arafah added that for married law woman obligated if he can not afford to support himself while the only way to overcome the livelihood is married
