Ta'dzim With Ulama, President Jokowi Reject Shade Ketum Muhammadiyah
President Joko Widodo or Jokowi visited Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD), Bantul, Yogyakarta. Here, Jokowi will give a public lecture and laying the first stone of Muhammadiyah Museum development.
Raindrops welcome Jokowi's arrival at UAD. Paspampres directly approached Jokowi to give an umbrella to Jokowi when he got out of the car.
As usual, Jokowi holds his own red umbrella. He then walked to the page of Islamic Center UAD. Chairman of PP Muhammadiyah Haedar Nasir was immediately welcomed the arrival of Jokowi.
After shaking hands, Haedar offered to hold the umbrella used by Jokowi.
"Let me pegangi, sir," Haedar said on Saturday (7/22/2017).
"No, sir, it's not normal," Jokowi replied with a small laugh.
Action of mutual attraction had occurred between Jokowi and Haedar. Because Jokowi still insist, Haedar finally let go of hand from the handle of Jokowi umbrella.
The two then proceeded walking towards the UAD Islamic Center Hall. The umbrella was handed Jokowi to the adjutant when entering the room.
"Assalamualaikum," Jokowi said as he entered the room.
The students who were in the hall immediately stood welcoming Jokowi. They are only allowed to stand on the spot and see from afar.
